Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A. We have no minimum order quantity. We find that minimum order quantities tend to exclude and discourage small and mid sized manufacturers from making the products they want to make, maintaining the variety they want to see in their product lines. We do our best to give you what you need, when you need it.
Q. What kind of lead time do you require on orders?
A. We ask for 1 week lead time on orders, but more often than not, orders are shipped out between 2 and 4 days after receiving the order. This applies for stock items only. For items that are made to order, we prefer 2 to 3 weeks lead time.
Q. Do your prices include shipping?
A. All prices quoted are F.O. B our dock Mississauga, ON. Unless otherwise agreed.
Q. Are all of the products you make listed in your product list?
A. No. Many years of research and development have lead to literally thousands of unique ingredient formulas. Listing all would be impossible. Please inquire with one of our sales people for more information on the product you are looking for. Chances are, we have had experience with it somewhere along the way.
